What Is a Pneumatic Hair Brush?

Pneumatic hair brushes have bristles made of either wood, boar, metal, or a combination of materials scaled on rubber or cushioned pad. Underneath this pad is trapped air, giving the hair brush a smooth base for delicate brushing.

Most of these brushes will also intentionally have a missing bristle to allow air to escape and reduce pressure on hair strands.
